Autonomous Robotaxi

There was no playbook. No automation. No benchmarks. Just a blank slate and a launch deadline.

I built the entire marketing operation from the ground up: the infrastructure, the journeys, the governance model, and the waitlist strategy for 418K people waiting to ride something that had never existed in their city before. Every touchpoint is designed to turn curiosity into confidence and confidence into conversion.

The result was 645% database growth, 58% open rates, and 18% prospect-to-first-ride conversion. But the real result was a system that could scale.

The goal was to hit stretch targets for an enterprise launch. We hit 136% of them. 45K event registrations followed.
 

But what outlasted the numbers was the test-and-learn framework built for this campaign, which became the division-wide standard for optimization across both Marketing Solutions and Learning. The campaign ended. The infrastructure it created didn't.

For this launch, email won. It drove 40 to 45% of total registrations and 75% of all event traffic, outperforming every other channel combined. Not because of spend. Because of strategy: the right message, the right audience, the right moment in the buyer journey.

Horizon Worlds was a platform people were still learning how to believe in. The creators who built there needed a reason to stay, and the ones who had left needed a reason to come back.


I built behavioral onboarding and re-engagement journeys grounded in platform data and creator psychology, then layered in cultural moment campaigns around Jack Harlow and BLACKPINK launches to sustain momentum. The result: 32% retention lift, 28% more onboardings completed, and 15K+ lapsed creators back on the platform.


Sometimes the best growth strategy is reminding people why they showed up in the first place.
